We get it, orchestrating an unforgettable conference, meeting, or any event requires a significant investment of time and resources. The measure of triumph lies in the knowledge, memories, and joy your audience gains from the experience. Be it an opening or closing keynote speaker you need, our mission is to simplify your role, make you shine, and guarantee an outstanding event!

STEP 1

REACH OUT

Initiate a conversation with our team to talk through your plans. We'll promptly respond to explore the specifics and verify Baz’s schedule for your chosen date. We're here to help you determine the perfect match between your event and our services. Your booking date will be tentatively set aside as we collaborate to fine-tune every detail.

STEP 2

RESERVE YOUR DATE

To officially mark a date on Baz's calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of his fee is required. You'll receive our contract for review and signature, sent swiftly and equipped with E-sign features for your convenience. Once the contract is signed and sealed, our dedicated staff will arrange a pre-program interview and consultation with Baz.

STEP 3

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION

Baz will touch base with you and your team members, either in person or over the phone. This dialogue will provide Baz with a deeper understanding of your organization, event theme, meeting objectives, and industry trends. Leveraging this information, he'll craft a program tailored to your event's unique needs.

STEP 4

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance for Baz's services will be due no later than 10 days before your scheduled event. In the lead-up to the big day, we'll also confirm the room setup, supply any marketing material required for your program, and continue to coordinate travel schedules, staging, and other logistical details.

STEP 5

IT'S SHOWTIME

For engagements out of town, Baz typically arrives a day before his presentation. This allows for a sound check on the event day and plenty of time to review any other production elements, ensuring a smooth and successful SHOWTIME!
